Rate Adjustment Letter


Dear Kendy Home Watch Service Customers,

First of all, thank you for being a loyal and consistent Kendy Home Watch Service customer over the years. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we hope we have been successful in providing you the quality customer service you expect and deserve.

We are beginning our 14th year of providing Home Watch Services to our Anthem neighbors and have operated with the same rates and fees since 2009. We are writing to let you know that due to the increase in our general cost of doing business over the years, we will be making a minimal adjustment to the fees for our home inspections and some supplemental services.

For NEW CUSTOMERS effective January 1, 2022 we will be increasing our inspection fees by $5 per visit along with some minor adjustments to fees for the supplemental services we provide in addition to our regular inspections.

The same fee adjustment for our CURRENT CUSTOMERS won't take effect until March 1, 2022.
